Tim McGraw has a new book out called Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life. He talks about getting healthier…both mentally and physically. In this video he shows some of his exercises and his food!

Being a country star means you gotta remain health to put on the best shows! Kip Moore gives us a look into his Fridge and how he stays lean!

Although Brett Eldredge hasn’t been the most active on social media…doesn’t mean he’s not putting in some work!
