The Great Courtesy Debate

My car needed service, so I took it to the dealership. Over $1000 and a couple days later I get my car back. Dirty. If I'm going to be dropping that type of cash at their business, they should at least be throwing in a complimentary car wash. Kenny disagrees. How do you define courtesy?
